Seaweed Bread

Seaweed bread is a bread eaten by elves, more specifically Lake Elves. After the Nveteraler elves formed the first minor tribe, the Lake Elves were soon after. Moving to the lake, they eat only what the lake provided for them. They eat fish, vegetation, seeds, anything found around lakes, and Seaweed bread. Any self-respecting Lake Elf has eaten Seaweed bread and have made it. It is made out of Seaweed, water, weeds, fish-skin, elder seeds, moon root, and Duck Potato. When making this, Lake Elves first get the seaweed from the very bottom of the deepest part of the lake, then they get the weeds found on the eastern shore and tie those two together. They put the seaweed on the dry shore, and the weeds in the water. Next, they gather fish and Duck Potato. Once they have eaten the fish, then rub the fish scales on the plant and leave it out to dry. About two days later, they pull the weeds out and carefully untie the seaweed, so it doesn't get wet. Then they mash it all up and sprinkle some elder seeds on it. Then, they put it on a very hot rock that gets a lot of sun and leave it for about 3 days. When they come back, the bread is almost done! All that needs to be done then is mash up the bread again, sprinkle some Moon root dust, add more water, wrap it up in fish skin and leave it to sit for a couple days. But someone does need to watch it, because the animals will eat the bread, and will find ways to sneak off with the bread behind your back. Once the bread has risen, and has not been eaten by the animals, you can divide up he bread and eat it! That is the way to make Seaweed bread, Lake Elf style.
