The Northern Kingdoms Accord
Purpose
To unite the kingdoms of Northern Aetrus against a common threat. The treaty makes a mention of a "dark lord" that once threatened the land. It was signed hundreds of years ago and so there are few still alive today who remember the name of this evil.
