Era beginning/end
The city of Verdane boasts many heroes, many stories in its rich history. From the beginning, where Verdane Baldwin saved the Marseillians from genocide, to the 2nd Council, who began the foundations of the first Guilds of Verdane. In the late 11th Century, a chance meeting on a train brings together seven heroes, and they may yet shape the future of the City of Prosperity.
On one morning day on the 18th of Parthe, the seven original members of Lumière Éternelle met in a train bound for the Corsican District. They are: Eris Dahraklis: An aasimar fighter hailing from the outskirts of Verdane in the farmlands of Providence; she has come to the city to find a way to rid herself of her demons. Faessi Sylvestre: An amfibiu taliyan wizard impersonating a kobold; after having been abandoned from a young age, he had been adopted by an esteemed dragonborn by the name of Pierre Sylvestre. Harrison Grey: A high elven artificer, born a foreigner to Verdane but migrated and eventually lived here as a citizen; after having lost the woman of his life, he now seeks to bring her back through time travel. K'aamni Déon: A half-tabaxi artificer born to the prestigious Déon family; she seeks to win the approval of her distant mother with her Armored Defense Operated By One project. Quico Condorcet-Mersenne: A human bard born between two conflicting families; he seeks to find his true purpose and passion in life, in a point where he's stuck deciding between two families. Stephanie Auclair: A human rogue born to a family of scoundrels and assassins; she wants to find answers to the disappearance of her father, Stéphane, following in his footsteps of becoming an assassin. Tandi Seylas: A half-elven monk who renounced her family lineage after the "death" of her mother; she wanders the streets and ports of Verdane, seeking signs that her mother, Tohre, is out there, somewhere. When a plot is discovered that threatens to shake Corsican District to its very core, our unlikely band of heroes worked together to stop the threat it poses, solidifying themselves as a party of doers in the process.
