The Stars Fall
Military: BattleThis day, the sun never rose, the moon glowed purple, and the stars seemed to fall from the sky. Celestian, the god of the stars and Pelor the god of the sun, were the first attacked by the Betrayer gods, both barely surviving the attack. The Moon Weaver fought back at the Betrayer gods, injuring and imprisoning Tharizdun the god of Decay and Insanity. This was the start of the War of The Divine.

Creation of The mountain of the gods and birth of magic
Geological / environmental eventOn the day the mountain was born, was the same day the gods gifted divine magic to the children of the world of Verantron. The gods this day decided to give their creations the power to defend themselves in the harsh world they created, and to create a massive mountain that gave housing to many of the creatures pushed out of their homes by the humans and humanoids, a place to live, many dragons live here because this.

Creation of the HDP
FoundingThe HDP or the Heragan Democratic Province, was formed of a largely populated land, it was the first nation to be created followed by the 2 others 15 years later. The land was named after a long forgoten man named Silas Heragan, who also helped create the pact with the dragons to assist them in their forced migration from the humanoids invading their lands. The least they could do after what happened, he stopped a war on the brink of starting, and saved countless lives. They named the mountain that the dragons moved to, and the region after him.

Pact of the dragons broken
Life, Relationship changeThe Pact of the Dragons that was formed by Silas Heragan, was broken by The HDP's King, Ralus Helarn, Shardhelm's Leader Feria Shardhelm. The HDP and Shardhelm prepared for battle at their Capitals. The Dragons never appeared at the Capitals. They instead attacked the northern lands of Shardhelm. This caused a war to start. The War of the Thunderlands.

The War of the Thunder Lands
Military: WarThe War of the Thunder Lands occurred in the northern parts of Shardhelm. The 40 year war destroyed a large part of Mount Heragan in the HDP, shearing off a giant rock slab that lies still at the bottom of the icy depths, a home to many creatures of the deep, a massive reef, housing a leviathan that some of the residents worship, a peaceful dragon turtle that protects the reef from danger, and destroys any dangerous intruders. Sharhelm was also very damaged, but from their own fault, they gathered their mages to create a spell to poison the lands for the dragons, and force them into extinction. Instead the spell decimated the lands and created countless magical abominations of the residents, and of the monsters that already roamed the lands. The dragons were finally banished back from the Shardhelm and the HDP, when the metallic dragon King of good dragons, Bahamut, and the Chromatic 5 headed Evil queen of dragons Tiamat, fought. The battle of the Residents of Shardhelm, the HDP, and the king of Dragons vs Tiamat and her chromatic dragons, Decimated the lands, and created the flat areas of the Thunderlands that are still know today. The scars of battle in the north of Shardhelm still linger, the magics of the titanic dragons called Greatwyrms still scar the lands, residents of the Thunderlands have gained the abilities to breathe elements, some have grown wings, some even have gained scales that protect them from pain.

Rule of Lord Septine Elran over the north
Political eventThe lich Lord Septine Elran ruled over the north for 294 years. He had a taranical reign over the north. He killed the previous royal family, except for their infant son, Prince Ral-Tern Helarn. He was raised under the influence of Lord Elran. He was one of the strongest warriors in the north until his death in 1267 during the revolution of the north.

Founding of the Solis Hortum Academy
Life, EducationThe private and prestigious arcane enclave was created as a way to encourage people to learn magic during the war in the north. During the war in the north, Lord Septine killed anyone who was caught using magic, he saw them as a threat to what he was doing to the north and did his best to eliminate the "problem". The academy eventually did train enough students to create a force to be reckoned with, the first 6 mages that were trained here were known as the Sun's Revenge, who were a legendary band of casters known for more than what they did during the war. Including Being the ones to distract the Prince and his vanguard, while assassins from the south vanquished lord Septine on the battlefield, and killed the black greatwyrm Rylantan: The Shadow Who Seeks, during the 40 year war. Because of that battle the Huntsman's Switchblade was created. When the enchanted magics of the sword of the Paladin in the Sun's Revenge pierced the Heart of Rylantan, the wild magics combined, and created a weapon of great power.

Revolution of the North
RevolutionNorthern Rebels started an uprising in Everivine, and Hoyra. They spent years gaining more support and forces, in 1268 they won, killing Lord Septine and Prince Ral-Tern Helarn. The north was then moved into a democratic state of government after the commanding and dystopian-like government they previously had.
