Session 1: Fyre Festival - Wood Gathering Report

The group arrives in town and encounter a group of villagers arguing with the hatta. Afterwards, the hatta offered them 50g if they could stop or diminsh the amount of field burnt for the Fyre festival which was set to occur the next day. After making the deal, the group headed towards the tavern. There, they met Surina, the dragonborn bartender. They drank some ale and reserved beds while coming up with a plan. They retired for the night, Kalissta met a tabaxi woman, and they all went to sleep.   Once they woke, they made some inquiries. It was discovered that the priest was the most powerful advocator for the burning of the fields though most of the village supported it.They went to the local temple and tried to convince the priest that they were manifestations of Garyx there to tell the priest to stop the field burning. Their first attempt did not work, and a fight broke out with the priest. Since sleep is super OP, they knocked that man out, tied him up, and then searched his shit while they waited.   When the priest woke up again, they once again tried to convince the priest that they were prophets of the gods. Greb succeeded at his attempt, and the priest was convinced a great famine would occur later that year. The field burning was called off, and the party went back to the bar where a drunk hatta gave them the 50g.
