Orryn's Shadow

A shadow existed in Orryn made of his emotional pain and negative energy from his past. This shadow shows its self when Orryn feels extreme negative emotions like anger, sadness, and fear and can be triggered by certain events or situations. Once Orryn gets "bite by the spider" the shadow will start to manifest in the real world.   The shadow will be a reoccurring enemy that at first is only mentioned in past tense or nearly avoided so that after the "bite" it seems as thought the shadow has just finally caught up to Orryn. When really the shadow only existed in his head till the "bite"     At the beginning of the book the shadow is un seen. It is mentioned and somthing that is chasing him and intense moments will coincide with the shadow drawing near and Orryn needing to move on. After the "bite" the shadow will catch up to Orryn for the first time in the story. Before he stronger magic kicks in. The more powerful Orryn becomes the fast, harder and more relentless the shadow chases him.     At first the shadow is chasing him. It is was makes him want to leave home and travel. Every time he starts to get comfortable the shadow shows up. Orryn has this deep seeded fear. The shadow is coming to get him. He is not a good person and the shadow is going to punish him for it. Orryn has made mistakes and done things. He does not think of himself as a good person but he does try to do the right thing at times.    The more he runs from it. The stronger it getts. The feeling of dread over it catching up to him gets stronger and stronger as time goes on. It begins to get more intense and makes.
