  Oozewart is a goblin with a temper. She doesn't like solving problems with her fists, but it happens all too often... and almost always leads to more trouble.  

A Talented Killer

Oozewart is a talented killer, known in various parts of Venari for her creative ways of ending a life. For instance, she once killed a man by just singing him a song. There's also a fairly well-known rumour that she once killed a noble with a look of pure distain. Oozewart has not confirmed or denied this rumour, and instead enjoys the fact that people are talking about her like she's some kind of legend. In some places, she's known as the "Brainy Butcher", a name that both describes her favourite food and what she does, but that also celebrates her innovative murder methods.   Although she is a killer, she has a code. She only kills those who have harmed others in some way. This isn't because she sees herself as a hero or vigilante, but because the taint of evil (with or without a sparkle of guilt and remorse) is delicious, and rather moreish. In fact, she recommends everyone try the brains of someone evil at least once. She prefers them raw, but isn't averse to having them roasted or fried.  

Thief

Most goblins have sticky fingers, and Oozewart is no exception. She likes to steal jewellery from the 'bad' people she has killed. Over the years, she has sold some of this on, but she has kept her favourite pieces. This means that she has a lot of rings, bracelets, and necklaces that don't necessarily match.  

The Curse

Oozewart ended up in the town of Hexfen not knowing about the curses placed on it (although she probably should have guessed from the name!). As a result, she's found herself lumbered with a crippling debt and at the mercy of a despicable man called Lowtrap... and without a way to kill her way out of it.  

Family and friends

Like most goblins, after she was spawned, Oozewart was given a name and more or less left to her own devices. As an infant she was raised in one of the many goblin nurseries in the underground city of Skrillbrat. It was here that she learned how to perfect her goblin talents, such as invisibility.   Until recently, Oozewart had been teamed up with a small group of goblins, but none of them followed her to Hexfen. In fact, they arranged for her journey there, telling her that they would follow on behind. But, her so-called friends never showed up. Oozewart soon came to the conclusion that they'd known about the curse she'd found herself wrapped in and had used it as a way to get rid of her, and steal the treasure she'd left behind in the group's vault. The whole thing embarrassed her greatly - she really should know better. Never trust a goblin, not even if you are also a goblin.  

Food

Her favourite food is brains, but she's happy enough to settle for a coffee and a cheese sandwich (with or without pickle) if snacking on a brain just isn't possible.
