Mistward Lantern
A hand-held lantern made of a dark metal. It emits a spectral green light from within, and the etched runes on the surface also glow faintly. The glass surrounding the light source does not open.
This lantern sheds bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet within the mist. Outside of the mist, this lantern has no visible effect. The bright light of the lantern keeps the mist at bay.

Significance
This is one of the main ways for travellers to protect themselves in the mist. Most cities under Mystra, and some villages, will hold a number of lanterns for general sale
