Commodore Krux is a broad-shouldered giff whose every movement creaks with the weight of old campaigns and stubborn pride. His once-gleaming uniform is patched and frayed, but he wears it with the dignity of a man who refuses to let time dull his honor. A ceremonial saber, its edge long dulled by age, complete his unmistakable silhouette. Though his bluster and booming laugh can fill the Moondancer’s deck, there’s a weary wisdom behind his tusked grin; he’s seen too many battles to mistake bravado for courage. Now serving as the ship’s first mate, Krux is both mentor and guardian to the crew, barking orders one moment and spinning tales of wildspace glory the next, all while nursing a quiet hope that this voyage might be his last great adventure.
