He was only mortal and wanted to explore the hidden aspects of the world and the universe in which they lived. The discovery he made could be extraordinary. He could, with enough research could bring back the people from the dead and could end death itself. The people called him a lunatic and a madman. But these petty insults couldn't stop him, and he continued his research as planned. He was able to bring back a person from the dead but it was an undead that wanted to consume the flesh of a living creature.
