Jitters

The Violet Jitters flowers are collected and dried by laying them in a cool dry place flipping every few hours until done. Another option to hang bouquets upside-down as they air dry.   The flowers are either smoked or steeped in order to relax, or to relieve pain and nausea.   It is heavily taxed.  

Illegal Activity

Other varieties are often more potent with side effects ranging from a floating sensation to severe poisoning. These are identified by the incorrect flower colors, however time and the drying process dulls them making identification difficult. Distributed via the Night Markets buyers never know for sure what they are getting due to the lack of regulations.   Intentionally growing and selling these is illegal and can lead to fines, jail time, or banishment.
