Generic Hunting Rifle
The archetypal “deer rifle” is available in a wide array of calibers, of which 7mm Magnum, .300 Winchester Magnum, .308 Winchester and .338 Laupa are just a small sample. This is the most common type of rifle across the world, universally used for competition, hunting and murder. Many military and police sniper rifles are built on hunting rifle platforms as well. Hunting rifles, like varmint rifles, are almost always bolt-action with internal magazines.
