A Child's View of a Clan's Fall
The fall of the Coranus Clan. It was a tale of warning to the rest of seven that remained; not only that they could fall but one vampire could do it within a single night because of decisions made. This is part of what happened that night in 1847, told from the perspective of a child of Coranus. Sasha Coranus, granddaughter of Clan leader Renaud Coranus, was outside in the stable feeding the horses when the fire started. And the vampire Malloy let her live.
