The Severing
Disaster / DestructionThe ancient Dwarves of Ichraya dug too deep and greedily into the westernmost part of the hrygnuum, and monsters and demons rose up, driving the dwarves out and seperating the dwarves of Ichraya from their homeland. This event seperated the Ichrae Mountains from the rest of the mountain range.

Dwarven Emigration of the Sixth Century
Population Migration / TravelAfter their severing from the Dwarven kingdom of Ahmia, Ichrayan Dwarves chose to emigrate en mass to their homeland. As is clear to any who have met a dwarf, they never leave behind their roots, so very few chose to stay behind in the Ichraya Federation. Those Dwarves have since separated into their own subspecies of Ichrayan Dwarves.
