Ark Leviathan
A city sized artificial island that is home to FLEET trainees and members. This division of FLEET is helmed by Admiral Celes Winters.
Arc Leviathan contains every facility a FLEET member would need to both live and work effectivly making it a self sufficient city state.
Facilities include the Training Grounds, Classrooms, an expansive Cafateria, a courtyard with an amptheater, library, workshops dedicated to various fields, a robust commisary, docks and hangars for military vehicals, barracks, a hospital, and various other accomidations.
