Following The Battle of Sandpoint, the party join a convoy of residents leaving the town and traveling to Langdale, the capital of Redwick.

On Sunday morning the party awoke to a see many of Sandpoint’s citizens packing their things and preparing to leave the town. They travelled to the Three Sisters Church to speak to Altes about curing themselves of any vampiric diseases they may have caught in their battle against Simi. He told them that Father Zantus had brewed a batch of potion to cure the effects, and once they had taken the potion Altes told them that he and Hanks would be travelling the local area looking for leads on Lady Annalise. He told them he would write to them if they found anything. The party then spent the rest of the day waiting for the baggage train to leave Sandpoint. During this time, Badaar took a jewelled dagger he had purchased from Vinder and gifted it to Vuska the half-orc. Eiyo and Gregory purchased horses, and Badaar traded his horse for a warhorse capable of carrying him into battle. At sundown the baggage train departed sandpoint and began the long journey to Langdale.
