Vallea
The Blackthornes of Vallea were the last kings of Valoroth before the ascension of King George. While most of the family was killed during George’s Conquering, one of the younger siblings bent the knee to George and was granted land and title in return. In the many centauries since, the Blackthorne family has been one of the most powerful families in Valoroth.
Richard the Protector married into the Blackthorne family, wedding the baroness, Elise Blackthorne and taking her name. When the King and his family were murdered, the Blackthorne forces moved into Dragonford, the capital city, to maintain order.
