Druthain Wood
The largest forest in Northern Valoria, the Druthain Wood is an untamed arboreal wilderness. The trees are said to be ancient and it is believed that some even survived the Great Cataclysm that consumed the Alorians. The wood is a dangerous place to the unititiated and travelers and traders do not travel directly through it, even though the journey around it is much longer.
The Wood is home to home to both human and wood elf clans. There are five different known clans of wood elves. The Tasarin [Willow in the common tongue], the Lasgalan [Greenleaf], the Sindel [Grey Elves], Isilmë [Elves of the Moonlight] and the Alalmë [Elm Tree]. There are four known clans of humans. The Needle Tree Clan, The Whisper Wood Clan, The Deep Roots Clan and the Hearth Smoke Clan.
