Coren
The Coren culture is young upon the world stage. Usually, the cultures of a nation are the roots that blossom into that nation's identity. In this case, the birth of a nation is what has begun to define this new culture. After the formation of the nation of Corenthia, dozens of smaller cultures rapidly found unity within their new nation, becoming vastly proud of their liberation from their previous rulers. This pride has created a common patriotism among Coren people, and a feeling of national community. Coren people are naturally predisposed to like each other when they find each other in other parts of the world, and their willingness to be immediately friendly and trusting of other Coren people is viewed as strange, bordering naive. Coren are typically pro-active and ambitious, sometimes over-confident and prideful.
Coren culture is ethnically diverse, unlike many other cultures whose members are typically ethnically similar. Coren culture has no clearly dominant race. The lack of xenophobia in Coren culture has caused many of the fringe races of the world to become part of it. Coren are easy to spot, as they are very likely to hold themselves with confidence (bordering arrogance), and are often the loudest voice in the room. Coren are comfortable in a range of colder climates, from thickly wooded temperate and deciduous forests, to taiga and tundra.
