Coastal Kobold
The Kobolds of the Coast can be found living in coastal communities worldwide. Their lives spent upon the sea and outside of caves has lead them to adjust, losing their Sunlight Sensitivity, though they still retain their Darkvision. They have also become strong swimmers, and obtained a cultural knowledge of seafaring. Unfortunately, the independent nature of Coastal Kobolds, in comparison to their community focused brethren, has lead them to lose their Pack Tactics, but this independence has made them resilient in the face of anything that tries to hold them back. It is believed that in modern times, the number of Coastal Kobolds outnumbers their underground dwelling ancestors.

Age. Kobolds reach adulthood at age 6 and can live up to 120 years, but rarely do so.
Alignment. Coastal Kobolds are more adventurous and independent than their brethren. They tend towards chaotic alignment, valuing their freedom and independence. Some tend towards good, fighting for the freedom and liberty of others, while others tend towards evil, fighting exclusively for themselves and their personal gain.
Size. Kobolds are between 2 and 3 feet tall and weigh between 25 and 35 pounds. Your size is Small.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Free Spirit. Gain advantage on all ability checks and saving throws made to resist the Grappled, Paralyzed, or Restrained conditions.
Boisterous Flair. As an action on your turn, you can use insults or physical flair to distract nearby foes. Until the end of your next turn, your allies gain advantage on attack rolls against enemies within 10 feet of you that you can see. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Seafarer. You gain proficiency in Sea Vehicles, and a swim speed equal to your walk speed.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Draconic.
