A transporter 'like his father and grandfather before him'. He does good work in the valley, handling his horses well and making sure not to overload his cart or animals. He's a good shot with a sling, which helps keeping terror birds at bay. Additionally, he wears sharp spikes sticking out of his leather hood, to protect him from any strikes.
On account of his wandering nature, there is probably only a few people who know his name or remember him, but he has a good reputation if one knows where to look. Serving as cart driver in convoys is indeed a lineage profession. In fact, his sons are already driving carts as well, but they are doing so in the old country.
