Short Rests, Long Rests and Week Rests.
Short Rests
Last 1 hour.
Can choose between either of the following actions
Regaining 1/4 hp +1 hit die
Performing a class specific action (Such as praying for a Paladin or Cleric.) to regain either half of your total spell slots (4 of 8 lvl1 and 2 of 4 lvl2 for example.) or one entire level of spell slots (E.G all lvl1 spell slots.)
Long Rests
Last 6 hours.
Performing a Long Rest requires Campfire Wood, Somewhat even terrain (Slopes and Slight Hill are allowed.), 2 rations per character present and at least half of the party to agree to the timing.
If some of these conditions are not met different consequences will occur. Having either a majourity of the party disagreeing to perform a long rest or no Campfire Wood, you will be unable to perform a long rest. If there are not enough rations for all characters then all character will only heal 1/4 health +1 hit die. A lack of Even terrain to rest on, will make characters any character who rest on uneven terrain, experience back pain in the mourning and be in a filthy mood (Disadvantage on Charisma, Intellegence and Wisdom Rolls.)
Up to 4 Class specific (Not implemented) Actions can be performed by a member of the party to give an advantage in various things or to deter certain senarios.
Ambush: If no-one keeps watch and the players are resting in a potentially dangerous area, there is a chance that the players will be ambushed in thier sleep and need to commit to a fight of some kind.
