Vulpin Features

  • Ability Score Increase: Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
  • Creature Type: You are a Humanoid.
  • Age: Vulpin mature and age at about the same rate as humans.
  • Size: Vulpin are taller on average than humans and relatively slender. Your size is Medium.
  • Speed: Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
  • Darkvision: You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern colour in darkness, only shades of grey.
  • Nimble Chase: Your reflexes and agility allow you to move with a burst of speed. When you move on your tum in combat, you can double your speed until the end of the turn. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you move 0 feet on one of your turns.
  • Vulpin Grace: You move lightly and with grace, you are proficient in the Acrobatics skill.
  • Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.

Red Vulpin

  • Fox's Cunning: You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saves against magic.

Arctic Vulpin

  • Ability Score Increase: Your Dexterity score increases by 1, and your Constitution score increases by 1.
  • Snow Camouflage: You have advantage on Stealth checks made to hide in snowy terrain.
  • Winter Coat: You have resistance against cold damage.

Desert Vulpin

  • Ability Score Increase: Your Constitution score increases by 2.
  • Size: Smaller than other vulpin, desert vulpin stand between 3 and 4 feet tall. Your size is small.
  • Desert Dweller: You are accustomed to life in the desert and are unaffected by high temperatures.
  • Large Ears: You have advantage on all Perception checks involving hearing.

Kitsune

  • Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma score increase by 2.
  • Charmer: You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.
  • Kitsune Magic: You know the Prestidigitation cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Faerie Fire spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Suggestion spell once and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
