Obtain a Bone of a True Undead

While returning from their report on COMPLETED: Explore the Greensward Bluff Catacombs Ostreliea notices they are being followed by an elderly woman.  Araz, goes straight up to her and tries to intimidate her.  This doesn't dissuade her and she continues to ask for Liea.  Seeing that she is harmless, Liea approaches.  The elderly woman seems to know of her quest to brew a Potion of the Brilliant Dawn and assumes it's for someone special.  She has a client who is quite a skilled healer and assures her that he could heal this person for a favor in return.   Liea doesn't know whether to accept right away and instead asks how she might reach out to her in the future.  Apparently she knows Thufir Galen and he knows how to reach out to her.  She thinks it over and talks with Mess, who actually already has a bone of a true undead.   Liea and Mess talk it over, she wants a better definition of what makes a true undead, it's one not brought back by necrotic energies but one that brought itself back to life through sheer will.  Rereading the ingredient's list for the Potion of the Brilliant Dawn she realizes either way they have to go to Vanadis Peak.
