Moonrise - Level 2
At night, as Valakadyn's three moons rise, so too does your power. Each dusk, choose one of the following abilities to take hold until sunrise:   Alecto - Red
Alecto - Red: You gain one spell slot of each level you are able to cast. This increases to two at 10th Level, and three at 20th Level.
Tisiphone - Blue
Tisiphone - Blue: You gain the effect of the Death Ward spell, as well as advantage on death saving throws. At 10th Level, you also give yourself 50 Temporary Hit Points. At 20th Level, you gain the effects of a Short Rest the first time you drop to zero hit points.
Megaera - White
Megaera (White): You gain a +1 to your AC and your Spell Save DC, and your speed increases by 10ft. At 10th Level, the bonus increases to +2, and your speed increases by 15ft. At 20th level, the bonus increases to +3, and your speed increases by 20ft.
Megaera's Wisdom - Level 4
Your tattoos glow with a soft white light as you gain the ability to cast the spell Heal once per long rest without expending a spell slot. You may use this ability twice at 10th level, and three times at 20th level.   Heal

Choose a creature that you can see within range. A surge of positive energy washes through the creature, causing it to regain 70 hit points. The spell also ends blindness, deafness, and any diseases affecting the target. This spell has no effect on constructs or undead.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the amount of healing increases by 10 for each slot level above 6th.

Tisiphone's Courage - Level 6
Your tattoos glow a deep blue as you gain the ability to shield any target within 30ft with moonlight from an attack that would otherwise hit. You may use this ability twice per long rest. This increases to three times (Level 10), and four times (Level 15).
Prophetic Armor - Level 8
While you are not wearing armor or carrying a shield, your AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Charisma modifier.
Hel's Protection - Level 10
You become resistant to your damage type. Consult the Oracle Powers and Damage Types table to determine the damage type. At 15th level, you become immune. At 20th level, you absorb your damage type.
Slipping Between Moonbeams - Level 12
You can cast the spell dimension door without using a spell slot. Once you use this ability, you must complete a long rest before using it again. At 18th level, you may use this ability twice per long rest.   Dimension Door

You teleport yourself from your current location to any other spot within range. You arrive at exactly the spot desired. It can be a place you can see, one you can visualize, or one you can describe by stating distance and direction, such as "200 feet straight downward" or "upward to the northwest at a 45-degree angle, 300 feet".   You can bring along objects as long as their weight doesn’t exceed what you can carry. You can also bring one willing creature of your size or smaller who is carrying gear up to its carrying capacity. The creature must be within 5 feet of you when you cast this spell.   If you would arrive in a place already occupied by an object or a creature, you and any creature traveling with you each take 4d6 force damage, and the spell fails to teleport you.

Lunar Control - Level 14
You gain the ability to control the positioning of the moons of Valakadyn once per long rest, allowing one (or more) of them to flare, giving unique bonuses to you and up to 10 creatures within 60ft. Roll a d100 and consult the table below:   Lunar Control
Alecto's Power - Level 16
Your tattoos glow a sickly red as you gain the ability to absorb an amount of spell levels equal to your character level as a reaction. Once you've absorbed some energy, choose one target you can see within 30ft. As an action, make a spell attack against the target. On hit, the target takes a number of d10 radiant damage equal to the number of spell levels you absorbed.
Vaka's Favorite - Level 18
You gain one Legendary Resistance to use at will.
Essence of Orbital Laser - Level 20

Dusk (Oracle)

9-level Evocation

Range/Area: Sight

Duration: 1 minute

Damage/Effect: Radiant, Force
You summon an incredible beam of light, made up of energy from all of Valakadyn's moons, that descends from the skies and obliterates a location you can see. Until the spell ends, a 60-foot-radius, 30,000ft tall cylinder of blinding light glimmers there, and the area is considered difficult terrain.   When the cylinder appears, each creature in it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, targets take 10d8 radiant and 10d8 force damage and are knocked prone as they are slammed to the ground by the force of the magic. A creature must also make this saving throw whenever it ends its turn in the cylinder. A creature takes half damage on a successful saving throw.   If you’re within one mile of the cylinder, you can move it up to 100 feet as a bonus action on your turn.

The ultimate feature of the Oracle, Godhood. Upon the death or dethroning of their associated God, the Oracle of the Moons ascends, gaining several new abilities:  
Ascension is the pinnacle of power that an Oracle can attain. By dethroning or killing the God of their chosen Element, the Oracle assumes their place in the pantheon, becoming a God themselves, gaining unimaginable power in the process. An Ascendant Oracle is something to be in awe of, and something to be feared.

Divine Durability

You gain one additional Legendary Resistance.

Divine Speed

You gain an additional action per turn.

Divine Resistance

You gain advantage on saving throws against all magical effects.

Divine Power

You gain additional 8th and 9th level spell slots, or an additional 24 spell points.

Divine Providence - Vaka Reborn

You gain the ability to cast the spell Wish once per day.

Divine Domain - Infinite Well

Once per day, invoke the pinnacle of your power as the God of the Moons. By presenting the hand sign and expending one half of your current hit points, you gain the ability to cast any spell without expending a spell slot each turn for as long as you can concentrate, up to one minute.
