The Mekla mercenary company is a mercenary group that is often hired by Mormai. They are accepting of any ethnicity to join them, as long as you are good at fighting. They are mostly made up of Dry Men, Riverfolk, and Mountain Men. Their leader is Mal Keri, the son of the founder, Kel Keri. Mal Keri is a dry man from Khrok. He was raised by his father as a mercenary, until his father was slain in battle and his mother raised him. By that time, Mal wanted to fight in the Mekla Mercenary Company. Everyone else in the company agreed he should be the leader, so he became the leader.
