Pluvia City

"The land where the rain remembers."

Tucked at the foot of Mount Virellen, where the forest mist meets mirrored lakes, lies the elusive Pluvia City—a place that appears on no maps, and for good reason:
It only exists when it rains.

Those who seek it without knowing its secret often lose their way, swallowed by the wilderness. Strangely, it’s the wanderers, the dreamers, the ones who aren’t looking—who find it. Those who weren't the reason the veil between the worlds had been needed.

When the skies open and the first drops fall, the veil thins. The city unfurls beneath the mountain slopes, stretching quietly between ancient lakes and whispering trees, often cloaked in a thick layer of fog. Roads long buried under moss and memory return, and pale stone buildings flicker into being like reflections in rippling water.

Even when hidden, Pluvia is never gone. The main path through the city remains, leading nowhere—just a lonely road winding through forest and mist. Its people stay behind the veil, watching passersby from the edges. Some stand beneath the trees. Others peer through the fog. You may walk past it in the rain without ever knowing what you missed—yet feel the weight of unseen eyes. Or hear a giggle that was almost drowned by the rain.

They say those who dwell in Pluvia remember every storm.
And the city itself remembers every traveler who almost saw it.

Most call it a myth.
But for those who’ve truly seen it,
Pluvia never leaves them.
