Zisnera
Lawful Good, Uthilithian conception of the Astral Sea and heavenly bodies within.
Zisnera was born in the reverence to the heavens acted upon by Uthilithian outlanders - those from the most rural points of civilization, who even today are still comfortable in hunter-gatherer society. The stars were created to guide individuals, and without that essential method of travel, many civilizations would have been killed off long before they began to create and invent.
In the current age, Zisnera is one of the most institutionalized Uthilithian goddesses. Her worship can be found across all four of the populated continents, as the anthropomorphization of the heavens is something many take solace in. The core philosophy of the Zisneran Church is a platonic ideal of the ascent - she fits hand-in-hand with the deities of love, transitioning from the desire of the physical form to the adoration of the divine. She is referred to by her clergy as the Stella Mater - the Star Mother.
She is the patron deity of navigators, many sailors, astronomers, cartographers, and others who rely on the stars to make their way in the world. Though she infrequently manifests a physical form, she usually appears as a beautiful older woman of deep brown skin and braids that hang to her mid-back, clad in a dress of shimmering gold.
She has four major points of worship in Uthilith. The Spire of the Heavens in Misty Run, the Temple of the Sun in Moorshead, and the Isle of Light off of the southern coast of Iacchus Argentum. Chaelwyth has two places of worship to Zisnera - the Temple of Stars and Sea in Charion and a cathedral in Port Lydia's Sanctuary Precipice.
Her followers have overwhelmingly performed the most tangibly good acts for the world. A major example is that of Saint Alastor Monmouth, an Aasimar who singlehandedly resurrected hundreds killed during the Implosion of Twilit Palace when the king's advisor transformed into a horrifying pseudo-deity of suffering.
She is the most prolific of the pantheon, having fourteen known offspring - these include Adonaios (celestial Sun spirit), Horaios (celestial Moon spirit), and the Zodiac Court of Zisnera (the twelve major constellations seen in the Astral Sea). Many of these children have followings of their own; in fact, the faith of Astrology remains one of the most beloved religions in the world despite its lack of associated gods.
