Crystal Ice
Crystal Ice is created from dehydrated sap of the Ÿburgeaf Tree, a tree that can only grow in the Feywild's Winter Court. It is a toxic substance that, when dissolved in water and consumed, can cause symptoms akin to hypothermia and frostbite in humanoids.
A creature who ingests Crystal Ice must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. Upon a failure, they take 4d8 cold damage and are paralyzed for one minute, half upon a success with no other effect. If a creature who failed this saving throw drops to 0 hit points, they die instantly. They can remake the Constitution saving throw at the end of subsequent turns, ending the effect on themselves upon a success. A creature can use their action to dissolve Crystal Ice in water. One extraction of Crystal Ice has fifty doses; one dose can contaminate up to twenty gallons of water.
