Annette Verostros
"Though the human woman before you initially appears unassuming, she carries herself with a certain playful air that offputs you slightly. You don't realize that you're staring at the leather-clad rogue until she gives you a mischievous wink, snappping you back to reality."
Annette Verostros is a Human Rogue originally based out of the pirate city of Port Lydia. Her formative years were spent brawling and stealing from tourists, but she eventually realized that there was little coin to be made in this way - so, she took up the far more lucrative activity of adventuring. In her early 30s, Annette made her way to Argoskardis and joined the local mercenary's guild; it was there that she joined together with Constance Capulet and Theodorus Paddlefoot to investigate the goings-on of the Occidental Kingdom of Chaelwyth. Upon the Kingdom's fall at the end of CY 1699, she and her party began gearing up to leave for the Eastern Kingdom of Chaelwyth - this process was expedited by the fall of Argoskardis and the joining of Captain Scaffa.

Evasion. When Annette is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). Annette deals an extra 14 ( 4d6 ) damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of her that isn't incapacitated and Lynette doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Piercer. Once per turn, when Annette hits a creature with an attack that deals piercing damage, she can re-roll one of the attack's damage dice and must use the new roll. In addition, when Annette rolls a critical hit with an attack that deals piercing damage, she can add an additional damage die.
Actions
Shortsword. +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 ( 1d6+5 ) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. Upon a failure, the target is poisoned until the end of its next turn.
Mechanized Crossbow. +9 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 7 ( 1d8+6 ) piercing damage. If the attack misses, then the crossbow automatically fires a second shot with disadvantage at the same target.
Bonus Actions
Enhanced Cunning Action. Annette can take the Hide, Dash, and Disengage actions as a bonus action. She can also use the Help action.
Oil Slick (1x/short rest). Annette throws a vial of flammable grease at a point she can see within 30 feet. A creature within a 5 foot radius of that point must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
Roguish Charm (1x/short rest). Annette winks at a creature she can see within 30 feet. Once within the next 10 minutes, that creature gains a d6 that they can add to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw that it makes.
Reactions
Uncanny Dodge. Annette can use her reaction to halve the damage taken from a single attack or effect.
Get Down! When Annette and an ally within 5 feet both make a Dexterity save to take only half damage from an effect or spell, she can use her reaction to cause the friendly creature to take only the same amount of damage that she does.
