The City of Murshim
A large lake side city with a wooden rickety lower class housing and large Gothic buildings in the rich space.
Demographics
The City's population is a majority of humans and halflings, but as a minority there are races such as elf, half-elf, gnome, dwarf, and tiefling though they are a rarity.
Government
The city is run by a central monarchy, the head of the monarchy is a High Elf noble.
Defences
There is a city barracks that houses 500 soldiers in case of an attack on the city. The more powerful people throughout the city also have small armed forces for personal defense or to help the city for a price.
Industry & Trade
This city gains a majority of its money from working the lake that they rest on, but they also gain a pretty penny from their wide and varying market district.
Infrastructure
There are cobbled roads throughout the city, as well as a complex sewer system under the city. Along the lake there is a water mill. In the merchant section of Murshim the is a high power blast furnace used for making strong weapons and armor as well as large armor for the bigger races of Ustril.
Assets
There are multiple Inns, weapon shops, armor shops, and taverns. There is a big market square in the middle of town that has day to day changing merchants.
Guilds and Factions
This city has a Church for all of the gods in Ustril, there is a guild house for the Casters, and there is a merchant guilds house.
Architecture
There are a lot of tall crooked looking wooden buildings in the majority of the city but in the rich districts most buildings are Gothic looking and made of stone.
Geography
The city rests in the plains right on the coast of the inland sea of Rien.
Natural Resources
They gain crops from the outside farms, fish from the Rien sea, there are also a few animals that are hunted on the outside of the city.
