General Physical Condition
Chip's body is wooden and worn, clearly their body has been out of use for a long time. Despite the disrepair their body is in they seem to move and function with general ease.

Chip has mechanism's in their back that allow for their mouth to move, which move on their own when they talk freely.
Facial Features
They're left eye is missing which leaves an empty hollow socket and the paint around the socket is peeling and chipped.
Identifying Characteristics
I mean, they're a living ventriloquist dummy with pink hair.
Special abilities
They can expel control over small toys and puppets in close proximity, though this control is weak and destruction of the item will break the connection.
Apparel & Accessories
Their outfit is mostly painted on, consisting of a yellow leotard, white and black striped leggings, and black boots. They also have a black fabric bowtie around their neck.
