Overview

The Urinian Pantheon was homebrewed by Carrie Toigo. Thank you Carrie <3 For thousands of years, the people of Urina have worshipped the nine gods. However, the people of Urina widely worship the goddess of Truth, Akaris. Here is all the information you need to know about the gods (based off of the alignment chart).  

Lawful Good - Xodur, The God of Hope

Symbol: Flying white dove in the middle of a laurel wreath Church Colors: White, bronze, and greens Significant Features of Worshippers: May wear a laurel wreath, goes to church in white, may wear bronze jewelry Significant Features of Church People: Wears laurel wreaths, various outfits from white button-ups to true bronze robes, will always have a bronze pendant with the holy symbol on them The Depiction of the God: A pale young blonde man with bronze-colored eyes and white pupils, doesn’t look older than 15 What the God stands for: “Children are the embodiment of Pure Hope. With the correct teachings and nourishment, they can grow to become lifesavers, amazing artists, and so much more. Those who would dare harm children do not deserve a place in heaven.” Otherwise, he is very much so a thou shalt not steal, kill, cheat, lie, etc type of god.  

Neutral Good - Akaris, The Goddess of Truth (War Goddess, Unofficial Goddess of the Sea and the Moon)

Symbol: An open oyster with a pearl inside of it Church Colors: Light blues, light pinks, gold, and seafoam Significant Features of Worshippers: May wear pearls and flowing silks Significant Features of Church People: Wears pearls, gold, flowing silks, and generally will wear or decorate with oceanic paraphernalia The Depiction of the God: A pink-skinned woman with long wavy blue hair and bright seafoam eyes with no pupils What the God stands for: “We must be true to ourselves and those around us. It is the right thing to do and it is something we must always do.” She’s also very keen on protecting lands during times of war.  

Chaotic Good - Koros, The Goddess of Love (Unofficial Goddess of Life)

Symbol: Jagged crystal heart, quartz Church Colors: Glass (prismatic), rainbow, white, and gold Significant Features of Worshippers: Crystals laced in their jewelry, otherwise very floral or golden Significant Features of Church People: Golden armbands, flower crowns, certain crystals based on which of Koros’s Gifts of Life they represent The Depiction of the God: A tall, gorgeous woman with closed eyes and flowers for hair, like an afro What the God stands for: “Romanticize more than just your lover, romanticize life itself. There is much more to this world than what you can see. Pay attention to the little things and be thankful that you can see what others may not be able to. Revel in the beauty of the world.”  

Lawful Neutral - Siros, The God of Sleep and the Moon (officially)

Symbol: A blue crescent moon with stars hanging off of it from strings Church Colors: Blues, neutrals, greys, silver, and white Significant Features of Worshippers: Wears comfortable clothing, mostly soft cotton of grey or blue Significant Features of Church People: Silver jewelry, blue robes with silver crescents or the inverse, and their churches have low flames and lighting for easy resting and calmness The Depiction of the God: A very pale young man with wavy white hair covering his right eye, a mole under his left eye, and softer grey-blue eyes What the God stands for: “Rest is as important as breathing. You must take care of yourself, as nobody will take care of you for you. You should be the most important person to yourself. So, yes, take the time to rest, take the time to read and bathe and smell flowers. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.” He’s very wise, calm, and introverted. He will help his worshippers with stress and will guide them towards a path of inner peace.  

True Neutral - Ezmos, The God of Magic (The Overgod)

Symbol: Deep purple flames with a white-hot core Church Colors: No church. Significant Features of Worshippers: Dislikes worshippers. Significant Features of Church People: Actively ignores people who pray to him. The Depiction of the God: Deep purple skin and what looks like deep purple flames for hair, very muscular, and has three eyes What the God stands for: Magic. That’s it. He maintains the weave and literally does not have the time to tend to whatever worshippers he may have. Not much else is known about him.  

Chaotic Neutral - Ruvas, The God of Pleasure and the Sun

Symbol: A dark red sun with a golden circle around it Church Colors: Gold, reds, deep oranges, and black Significant Features of Worshippers: Usually in more subtle fancy clothing -- deep red satin, lavish velvets, etc Significant Features of Church People: Satin and velvet robes, golden jewelry, golden accents, and rubies The Depiction of the God: A very pale young man with wild white hair that covers his left eye, a mole under his right eye, and deeper red eyes What the God stands for: “You are your own person and the only one who’s going to live your life, so why not live it to the fullest? Chocolate strawberries, fine wine, beautiful candles -- have it all, indulge yourself. No matter how long or how little you have left to live, enjoy life how you want to enjoy it.” He’s a true charismatic extrovert at heart. Will guide his worshippers to true happiness and show them just how much they should mean to themselves.  

Lawful Evil - Uddite, The God of Soil (War God, Unofficial God of Death)

Symbol: Lion skull etched with a single rune on its forehead Church Colors: Blood red, adamantine, bone-white, and black Significant Features of Worshippers: Power-hungry warriors, may wear bones and pelts of animals they have killed Significant Features of Church People: Will wear pelts and be fully armed at all times, have blowhorns and tooth necklaces on, higher-ups have skull caps The Depiction of the God: An older, buff, red-skinned man with long dark brown hair, a full beard, and piercing yellow eyes What the God stands for: “We all started in the soil and we’ll all end up in the soil. You have to stand up and take what’s yours! Take it with pride and unwavering courage!” He’s power-hungry and generally believes in “violence for violence is the language of beasts”.  

Neutral Evil - Siien, The God of Secrets

Symbol: Sealed black lips, stitched shut Church Colors: Black, deep green, deep teal, and silver Significant Features of Worshippers: Robes or they just look like average townspeople, they blend in but the one thing that links them together is a teeny silver sewing needle that they carry with them, worshippers can see a black thread connecting to other worshippers Significant Features of Church People: Deep green or teal robes, heavily shadowed, they carry a black silver needle that connects them to worshippers with black threads and other church members with green threads The Depiction of the God: Deep green robes that cover a young humanoid with vantablack skin, no hair, and scribbly, difficult-to-process white eyes and mouth What the God stands for: “Never ever discriminate against one’s birth traits. Only discriminate against those who do you wrong. I will help you get your justice, quick and painless or long and torturous. So long as you get away with it quietly.” Under Siien, two different people could get tripped by someone and one person would just pray they get tripped too and the other would wish for fire and brimstone to come down on that person’s family. Siien condones both.  

Chaotic Evil - Isyn, The God of Trickery

Symbol: An open-mouthed black mamba, accentuating the coffin shape Church Colors: Black and green Significant Features of Worshippers: None of them can decide on what to actually wear so they just hang around churches of Isyn and make the towns the churches are in their defining feature Significant Features of Church People: Some wear green, some wear black, a lot of them argue about the “true” way to worship and hold up a church of Isyn because Isyn uses their trickery magic to toy with their followers, generally these followers are evil people with horrible intentions The Depiction of the God: A long, slender white-skinned humanoid with long, sleek black hair, black lips, white eyes with snake-like pupils, and black “eyeliner” to define their eye shape, usually wearing all black What the God stands for: “I wish for nothing but the never-ending limit of my chaotic impulsiveness to extend to whoever I choose. I wish for nothing but the deaths of many, the choking of children, and the burning of forests. All for my power. All for my enjoyment. All for amusement. Nothing for anyone. Everything for me. If you are to die in my presence, at least do it in a funny way.” They are the embodiment of ‘Eve was the snake and bit the apple. Eve killed Adam’ and love to cause mayhem. They’re an impulsive, genocidal, homicidal, prejudicial, pure evil narcissist.
