They people living can be divided roughly into two groups, the Researchers and the jungle people. The jungle people are the ones that are actually born in Proteus and live off the jungle. Some would say that they are a part of the jungle, same as a tree or a bush. While they are not considered violent, they can be territorial and act strange in the eyes of the foreign folk. Most the wild tribes worship "Enu Wabalu" also know as the change bringer.
Ire of the jungle
You can use an action to curse a target with a primal magics.If you succeed a DC 12 persuasion check the curse takes hold. While under this curse the target recieves extra 1d4 psychic damage from any attack you hit it with. Furthermore the target is considered an enemy of the forest, or any other environment they are in. This effect end after one hour or when the target drops to 0 hit points. You regain the use of this feature after completing a short or long rest.
