Additional Elemental Discipline Options
Burning Spirit
You can use 1 ki point to set you spirit ablaze. This requires you to concentrate on it as if concentrating on a spell. In this state your unarmed attack deal ad extra 1d6 fire damage. You ignite flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried with a touch. This state ends after one minute or if concentration is broken.
Ice Shell
When you see a creature within 30 feet of you is hit with a attack you can use a reaction to spend 1 ki point and create an icy shell on the target. This adds +5 to the targets AC. The shell lasts until the end of the current turn. To use this reaction there has to be source of open water with 30 feet of you.
