Sky farmer

A farmer's life is never an easy one. You have to sow the seeds, care for them and after all of that is over also harvest them. The Shattered Isles turn the difficulty up a notch. This area is know for more extreme weather and elemental instablility. Unique problems require unique solutions. For the farmers it comes in the shape of the hover slab. It is a slap of solid stone carved from the very ground they live on. It is said that carving one is the rite of passage for any farmer. What would you do if you found a fire infused carrot on your field?
 

Hover Slab

The hover slab is a 5x10 ft slab of stone and minerals. It hovers 1 ft above the ground (or other surface). Moving this slab takes no real effort and it can carry around 500 lbs of weight. The hover slab runs on raw electrical energy and needs to be charged once a week by natural lightning.
