In the Shattered Isles there is no such thing as an uneventful day. There is allways something happening. Are the Spark Catchers going hunting? What crazy new plant did the Sky Farmers grow? Have the Cloud Trappers caught something interesting? In order to satiate the Islander's constant thirst for all things new the Postmen were born. These brave denizens hop from island to island delivering the news of all things great. They are only equipped with their trusty spring boots and a satchel bursting with paper.
Spring Boots
The spring boots have two modes: packed and released. When packed they can be used to enhance the users next jump. The amped up jump adds an extra 30 ft to your long jump and an extra 15 ft to your high jump. While the boots are released your base movement speed is reduced by 10 ft. Furthermore the released state reduces your fall damage by 30 ft and if it reduces the damage by the full 30 ft then the boots are returned to the packed state, otherwise you have to spend an action to return them to the packed state manually.
