Grand criminal

There is one thing that makes Nergulum stand out from the other regions. People very rarely leave it. There are many theories about why that's the case but none of them stands higher than the others. All that is know is that people generally don't leave. If anyone takes a quick look at the place then they can discern that it is not a matter of will power. No sane person would want to stay there out of their free will.
  This phenomena has its uses. You could send somebody there and be comfortable knowing that you will never see them again. Many cities and regions send their more dangerous criminals there. In that sense you could call that place the great prison. A majority of Nergulum's populace are criminals and you are one of them.

You are proficient with the intimidation skill. If you make a check that uses that proficiency then you can add the proficiency bonus a second time.  

Criminal mind

You can use the Friends cantrip once a day using this feature. You can also use the Command spell at a first level once a day using this feature. Your DC for these spells is 8 + CHA mod + prof mod.
