Averisian
In the northern part of Shadefall, hidden by it's mists, lays the great city of Averis. Legends describe this city as place of great riches. The streets are said to be made of gold and the houses of silver. But the denizens see something different. The houses once silver now look dull and gray. The streets have long ago lost it's riches and now lay dirt bare. Only the great spire holds it's former glory. What once was the capital of a great and powerful country, is now lost in darkness. While most know the tales of the glamorous Averisians, only a few have ever met one. For all Averisians have lost their greed and no longer resemble the old fables.
