  A large gang of current and former fishermen run by Don Italiano, The Marlin Gang is a organized crime syndicate dedicated to monopolizing the fishing industry in Asteria and making sure fishermen get treated properly. While not militarily powerful, the Marlin Gang holds some strong political power, as well as near complete control over the fishing industry. The Marlin Gang has a large fleet of merchant and fishing vessels. The largest of which is a Schooner owned by Don Italiano which is armed with multiple grappling hooks and heavily armored. The gang also has a large range of sailing vessels ranging from small fishing sailboats to large whaling clippers.   The main source of income for the Marlin Gang is their large amount of fish and whaling products gathered in space. They also generate a large amount of income from their illicit speakeasies and casinos near the shipyards.   Entry into the Marlin Gang can be difficult for those unknown in the fishing industry. Those who prove themselves to high ranking members may be offered roles in the gang.
