Corvid

The corvid tribes, mostly represented by crows, magpies, and jays are the most common avians in the northern reaches. Their wings are too small for them to properly fly, but many of them are capable of gliding for short distances if they get a good amount of height. Due to their hollow bones, many corvid are unable to do laborious work, leaving many to take up the arts as their trade of choice. Many of the most popular bards, dancers, and thespians are corvids. Many also share a penchant for jewelry and those that can afford to tend to be courtesans in the palaces and castles of the world.
