Guard Captain Lazurus Moonshard
The guard captain of
Boulon under
Mayor Silverthane, enforcing the unjust laws of the village.
History
Born to minor nobility of Arcanum, Lazurus was brought up to be a blade singer before traveling to Rivell to become a free lance guard. He would find employ in Boulon under mayor Fizzlefern. A dedicated soilder he would be promoted to captain when Silverthane took over becoming his right hand man, enforcing rules and taxes. Lazurus enjoyed a lavish lifestyle enforcing the harsh taxes, this lead to clashes with village leaders, sometimes violently.
When Hrengar arrived to deal with people going missing, several confrontations broke out between Lazurus and
Jamneria eventually resulting in Lazurus' death.
