Dragniel

A small logging hamlet in the northern lowlands, Dragniel is built inside the remains of an ancient green Dragon. While the village does change hands as to which kingdom it is apart of, it is often left to it's own devices, only giving tribute to who ever controls the region.  

Major history

While most of the Hamlet's history is unimpressive, a few major events are of note. Founded at some point in the Draconic era by Green kobolds, the hamlet has remained mostly unchanged throughout the eras.   During the Blood age beast started being weird and aggressive.  

Layout

The hamlet's entrance is in through the dragon's mouth, with the main settlement in the torso of the dragon. The dragon's remains being a skeleton and scales, inside the main village is several huts, store houses, and a stable. A shrine to some unknown Draconic god sits within the tail. These are mostly wooden huts. A fire pit sits in the centre of the area as a meeting area.  

Magical preservation

The remains are preserved by some sort of magic the keeps the dragon intact. The magic also seems to maintain the surrounding forest, accelerating growth.
