Qualifications
Most Kaprulli are born to wealthy and noble Kṣīśē Ditto families, with a few being of normal or Scale Elf descent. An education under the tutelage of one of the larger temples in Ell Brich under the Accī is important to becoming a Prulli. While studying in the grand temples, they will learn more about the gods that rule Ell Brich and have a chance to meet them. They serve in temple services while studying and make an oath of service to the gods, promising to study the will of the gods.
Career Progression
Kaprulli often starts working in smaller shrines under an Accī's rule, where they will do whatever the higher-ups in the temple say while leading or assisting in worship in the local shrines. If there is a need or an opening, the Prulli could be promoted to higher temple ranks and serve in progressively larger and more important temples. If the Prulli served the gods properly and were close to them, the Prulli could be promoted to Accī.
Payment & Reimbursement
Kaprulli are paid through the offerings of worshippers to the temples and shrines. If the shrine or temple doesn't have a lot of finances, the short fall is paid out from a nearby temple. Their wealthy families often donate to their relatives' shrines or temples to ensure that they are well supported. Due to this, the nobility, rich, and powerful in Ell Brich are closely tied to the office of Prulli.
Other Benefits
Since the Kaprulli are the religious authorities in Ell Brich one of the benefits of being among them is closeness to the gods who live in and rule over Ell Brich. Due to usually being from wealthy and noble families, most Kaprulli are well-connected and are often invited to parties in high society. Most Kaprulli see that serving the people and leading them in the will of the gods is a benefit and a great perk of the job.

Purpose
Kaprulli serve the gods that rule over Ell Brich and lead the people of Ell Brich is serving the gods. Kaprulli performs rituals to the gods and leads the community in various forms of worship to the gods. The rituals that Kaprulli performed were based on which of the gods they worshipped and served, grounded in the temple that they studied in before becoming Kaprulli. They would also lead the community and assist them in all of their spiritual needs.
Social Status
Since most Kaprulli are from noble and wealthy families, they often still hold that status even in their careers of public service. Their closeness to the gods makes Kaprulli popular guests in most social events.
