Peysa Usthē
"Peysa Usthē means Lower Class Town. The people here have tried to fight Sraskachā for their freedom. But he always brought them back to heel." Lynrose said.There might be a few of these slums around Ell Brich. These towns are the homes of the slaves that work for the Kṣīśē Ditto. These towns are not the best and are dirty. There is a shroud of blue dust that seems to make these people sleepy. This dust is to try to keep the slaves peaceful so they don't rebel again. There is ruins all around the town that show the ruin that has happened in the pass. These ruins have been rebuilt a little bit to still be useable by the people that call it home. With small shops that trade hopes and wishes like money. The mist seems to cling onto everything in the town.
Government
The town is looked over by the Dā Е̄tyū Kacī, who reports to Sraskachā. There are some trusted slaves that help to make sure that the other slaves do not rebel.
Guilds and Factions
There are few guilds in the town. But the main one is trying to rebel against Sraskachā and the Dā Е̄tyū Kacī. The rebellion has been trying to regain their freedom for a very long time. They have promised each other they will never stop trying to get free.
