Moon Jelly

  Moon jelly is scoped out of a jar and placed on different foods. When the jelly is placed on food carefully it will look like a perfect moonstone. It tastes like a white wine jelly or vanilla cream. It was a jeweled look and can be blue, purple, white or clear. This just adds to the odd look of the the food. When eating the jelly it soft and has the texture of Jell-O.   There are two types of Moon Jelly. One is made with Ice Wine and is more pricey. It is also said to taste better than the normal kind. This kind of Moon Jelly taste more like the white wine jelly. The other tastes more like a clear and tasteless Jell-O.   The jelly is a little sweet tasting. Making it a popular treat for children. When the jelly is dried it acts like a hard candy that children love a lot. The candy is also enjoyed by adults and is used a small treat for good servants and slaves of the more noble houses of Ell Brich.
