Flanking

If you are behind a creature you can use the flanking rule to proceade the attack. If a creature as a passive perception of 15 or above OR Cas eyes that can look behind them you don't get the flanking opertunity.  

Looseing a limb

Yes you can loose a limb you do your regular attack rolls and if it hits when your armor is broken. You will roll a chart (DM's discretion of your limb depending on the race you play) then roll another d20 to see if it cut threw the limb or hacked it.  

Inishitive rolls

If you and another Ally roll the same number you both can go at the same time. If the enemy rolls the same number the enemy always gos last.   *more rules will be added down the line
