O-2390 VTOL "Vulture"
The '90 also known as the Vulture is a Vertical Takeoff and Landing jet powered vehicle designed for military use. It is a low atmosphere vehicle that can be used as a gunship and a transport vehicle. Its nickname the Vulture comes from a misreading of the VTOL, and the fact that early in their operation history they were commonly used in a medivac capacity. They are a much older model only used by the Planetary Garrison.
