Caitlin Snow (a.k.a. Frost / Killer Frost)
A scientist for STAR Labs, she was kidnapped and gained her powers. She went on a revenge spree with her ice powers which made her adopt the mantle of Killer Frost but after she was reasoned with she calmed down and became a hero.
