Delnarch Dynamics is a conglomerate of companies dedicated to furthering magic. Of course, everything comes for a price. They have surely changed and will continue to change the world with their advancements. A pity that so many of those advancements are increasingly creative and diabolical ways to kill, control, and conquer. After all, an up and coming world power will need to defend itself. And surely no one will mind in the long term if a few laws (or peasants) get trampled in the forward march of progress.
